Initiatives

About H2A Initiatives

Initiatives are one of the core mechanisms that H2A will use to facilitate collaboration around specific business or technical objectives. Initiatives tackle larger issues and opportunities that present immediate or long-term value for most, if not all, members of the network. In the original spirit of the Accelerator, all initiatives will focus on creating an “industry good” that contributes to further integrating technology and the consumer experience across the industry.

Health 2.0 Ontology
The goal of the H2A Ontology Initiative is to develop a living ontology of Health 2.0 companies that informs the strategies and activities of the network, enables the development of relationships with traditional health care organizations, and supports standardized approaches to describing capabilities and value to consumers.
