H2A works with health care organizations and provider-centric technology companies to design pilot projects that explore integration of health 2.0 technologies and the consumer experience in traditional health care environments. Sponsoring members receive assistance designing pilots, identifying and recruiting partners, and monitoring progress. Contributors are eligible to participat in pilots and receive assistance identifying pilot opportunities, as well as the benefit of H2A's ability to play the role of an intermediary during initial pilot exploration.

The results of pilot projects, be they clear success or lessons learned, will be made available to the network and promoted at Health 2.0 Conferences.
