Projects are another core mechanism used to facilitate collaboration around specific business or technical objectives. Projects focus on specific objectives that are typically more targeted than initiatives in their applicability for and involvement of members. Projects may involve as few as two companies that come together in a flexible relationship to collaboratively develop a light-weight solution and return an “industry good” back to the community.

Each project will progress along its own timeline, moderated and coordinated by the Accelerator team, but driven by the members of the project. Projects are expected to present tangible progress at agreed upon milestones.
